North Carolina Yearly Meeting, Conservative:  The website lists member meetings, activities, minutes, as well as an on-line copy of the Yearly Meeting Faith and Practice. 

 

Piedmont Friends Fellowship, an association of monthly meetings in North Carolina.  PFF is an affiliate of Friends General Conference (“FGC”), the organizers of the “Gathering” that occurs every July.  FCC’s quarterly publication, FGCConnections, is a source of both practical and inspirational reading for Friends.

Founded by Quakers in 1917 to provide conscientious objectors with an opportunity to aid civilian war victims, the American Friends Service Committee carries out service, development, social justice, and peace programs throughout the world.  The website provides information about current programs, upcoming events (by region), background information on current social issues as well as “stories from the past”. 

The Friends Committee on National Legislation is a public interest lobby founded by Quakers in 1943.   FCNL's multi-issue advocacy connects historic Quaker testimonies on peace, equality, simplicity and truth with peace and social justice issues. Read the current “Legislative Action Message”, e-mailed each week to subscribers.

Quakers in the News is a blog documenting press items that cover Quakers and Quakerism in all its forms.
